What books will they use?

They will use the Nuffield Design & Technology Student's Book at Key Stage 3. The KS4 focus area books (such as Electronic products, Food technology, Graphic products, Product design and Textiles) are now out of print, but sections of them are free to download from this website and teachers in the school may well print them off and use them with your children.

These contain all the information they will need to know by the end of the course. Students use these as reference materials throughout the course to help them tackle both the Resource Tasks and Capability Tasks.

It is by using the information that they will be able to remember it.
