Student self-assessment sheets

There are three different self-assessment sheets available. The first 'Find out what keeps you back' is the simplest and can be used with a wide range of ability.

'Check out your designing and making' requires more reading. It uses a Yes/No approach to finding out what the student did in four important areas: Developing design ideas, Organising making, Quality of making and Methods of evaluation. There is a "next time" column for setting improvement targets.

'Looking in details at how you did' is the most demanding. It assess three broad areas in considerable detail: Being clear about what the student has to do, the student's use of time and the student's drive and motivation.
